Facilities
During term time, the use of playing fields is restricted and not normally taken up. The college sports department requirements must come first. During non-term time use of fields is by agreement with the Site Manager / Business Manager for costs and times of use.
Use of kitchen/canteen for weekend lettings at possible extra charge. Must supply own experienced kitchen staff and reimburse the college for any damages.
Use of classrooms as changing or meeting rooms by prior agreement with the Site Manager. There will be an added charge at the above rates for estimated set-up and cleaning times, prior to and following lettings.
We do not hire facilities for events such as weddings, birthdays, boot fairs or any event that includes alcoholic drinks or disruption/nuisance to neighbours. Lettings hire will always be subject to Site staff availability.
